Safeguarding

Keeping residents and learners safe & happy is our primary objective.

As we are working with vulnerable adults, the safeguarding of our learners and residents is of paramount importance to us. We have designated Safeguarding Officers in both care and learning environments and robust processes in place to ensure the safety of learners, residents, volunteers, staff and visitors.

If you would like to report a safeguarding concern, then please call our reception 01550 760400 and ask to speak with Huw Sparkes, Head of Care & Safeguarding.

If you would like to speak to somebody outside of Elidyr Communities Trust please contact the Safeguarding Team responsible for the protection of vulnerable adults (POVA) at Carmarthenshire County Council and they will make a report to the local governing body.
