Job Purpose

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our new team at Garnllwyd Barns in the Vale of Glamorgan. The role will involve ensuring that our residents feel safe, happy and supported.

The successful applicant will have previously gained experience in working within the CIW framework and have a good understanding of the main principles of the Wales Well-being Act 2015. The applicant will have proven leadership, interpersonal, communication and planning skills, be creative, innovative, self-motivated and flexible in approach.
