Salary: £30,348 to £32,693

Location: Llancarfan, Vale of Glamorgan

Job Purpose

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead our new team at Garnllwyd Barns.  We need someone who will lead by example, inspire excellent standards of service and make residents feel safe and happy.

The successful applicant will have previously gained experience in working with the CIW framework and have a good understanding of the main principles of the Social Services codes of practice and Well-being Act.  You will have proven leadership, interpersonal, communication and planning skills, be creative, innovative, self-motivated and flexible in approach.
